    Gaslight Theater’s 2025 Season continues in April with Neil Simon’s “Jake’s Women”, directed by Lucille Rioux. The show will be produced at Hallowell City Hall Auditorium at 1 Winthrop Street in Hallowell over two weekends April 11, 12, and 18 at 7:30 PM April 13, at 2:00 PM, two shows on April 19th. 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students and seniors. Cash, check and credit card accepted at the door.      Neil Simon’s “Jake’s Women” is a two act comedy about a novelist named Jake, who is struggling to save his marriage. During the course of the play, Jake talks to many women about their own perspective on his relationship in an attempt to gain insight. Some of these women are real, and some are hallucinations, as Jake suffers from psychosis. Jake’s first wife, who was killed years earlier, is among the women he talks to in the play. This play is a comedy with a witty take on modern relationships.

    The Love Seat by Sam Havens

    Alex and Ned see this as good news in their efforts to woo Emily and Junie. But then everything goes fruitcake when The Great Fredini shows up. This crazy comedy zips along with romance, mixed up lovers, and mad magic. Does Junie truly see a Quadruped?  Will scary Mrs. Castleberry show up?  And what’s up with Freddie’s nutty lamp?

    “Don’t sit on the love seat!” But of course, they do.

    Two females, three males, one setting, two acts.

    Fridays and Saturdays February 14th and 15th, 21st and 22nd show starts at 7:30 PM. Sundays February 16th and 23rd show starts at 2 PM. Box office opens 1 hour before the show and seating starts 1/2 hour before show time. Check, cash or credit accepted at the door.
