ADVERTISING.
In order to ensure a successful season, we need to reach out to our community for support.
Gaslight’s annual budget is around $7000 every season. We break even most of the time with shows or we experience little profit. We are a small community theater with a big heart; much like Hallowell and surrounding areas.
At this time, we would like for you to consider being a Gaslight sponsor. There are three different sponsorship options available:
#1 Season sponsors are included in all advertising material, including the Gaslight web page, posters that are placed in businesses all around the area, a full-page ad in the program for each show, as well as 2 season tickets available for any show throughout the season.
#2 Individual show sponsors get the same publicity and 2 tickets for the show they sponsor.
#3 Advertising in our program
The cost to be a season sponsor is $900, and the cost for individual show sponsorship is $250.

1. Full page ad 4¾” wide x 8” tall $150
2. Half page ad 4 ¾” wide x 4” tall $100
3. Quarter page ad 4 ¾” wide x 2” tall $ 75

Come perform, help build sets, usher at the door.
All of Gaslight’s feature productions and one-act plays have open auditions. We welcome both experienced performers and those who are looking for their first opportunity.
Auditions are announced on this website (Current Auditions – Gaslight Theater), on Facebook™ and Twitter™, through our local newspapers, and directly to everyone on our mailing list.
